Do we need technical expertise to work with you?
No. Our education and advisory work is designed for non-technical audiences. For development projects we handle the technical depth and explain decisions in plain language.
How do you handle sensitive or confidential data?
We minimise the data that reaches any AI model, apply access controls, and design for your compliance needs, including hosting options that keep data in an environment you control. Details are agreed per project.
Can training and delivery be done in Bahasa Indonesia?
Yes. We work in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, in person within Indonesia or remotely anywhere.
What does an engagement look like?
It starts with a short introductory call. From there we propose a scoped plan, from a one-day workshop to a multi-month build, with clear deliverables and milestones.
Which AI models and tools do you use?
